Tammy Russell is a full-time Outer Banks REALTOR® and Broker with Keller Williams OBX Realty and the founder of
Shop OBX Homes. An Outer Banks resident since 1990 and a licensed North Carolina real estate agent since 1995,
Tammy brings more than 30 years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the unique Outer Banks real estate
market. She consistently ranks among the top 3% of Outer Banks solo real estate agents and was ranked #282 by
RealTrends among licensed real estate agents in North Carolina in 2025. She has served multiple years on the KW Agent Leadership Council and has received both the Quadruple Gold and Platinum Award as a solo agent.
Tammy serves buyers and sellers throughout the Outer Banks and surrounding areas, including Corolla, Duck, Southern

Tammy also brings extensive construction knowledge to her real estate business. Having built and owned multiple Outer
