"When my dad passed away at the end of last year and I was faced with selling the home that he and my mom had built, I knew immediately who I would call. Tammy had helped my wife and I find our current home 7 years ago and had helped my son and his family buy their home in Grandy. There is nobody who knows the Outer Banks real estate market like Tammy Russell. Tammy guided me in preparing dad’s house for market. She gave me great advice as to flooring options, paint schemes, and what to replace and what to leave. The house sold at asking price and was under contract within a few weeks of listing. You absolutely can not do better than trusting your next purchase or sale to Tammy Russell."

"Tammy was amazing from day one and we highly recommend her! She is extremely knowledgeable, organized, stays on top of absolutely everything, and is overall just a great person (with a great sense of humor)! We just closed on our home today and are so happy everything worked out. Thank you again Tammy! Valerie Waters"
